At 10cm thick, the entry doors enhance both the security and sensory feel of entering your home. Internal doors are 2.4m high, providing an increased sense of space.

Bespoke Turkish made blackout curtains consisting of an innovative fabric able to retain light are utilised throughout. The podium beds feature Simpler MatroLuxe mattresses with a depth of 37cm and a double layer of springs ensuring a great night’s sleep.

Apartments feature panoramic, floor to ceiling windows at 2.7m in height. Triple glazed, they maintain the interior temperature while reducing any exterior noise and are manufactured to exacting tolerances in Germany by Schuco.
Climate Controlled
All apartments benefit from central heating with environmentally-friendly, low temperature radiators with thermostatic valves by Catchrad. Additionally, a VRV 5 Heat Recovery system is installed throughout the complex, with LG air conditioners providing sustainable and efficient climate control for each apartment.
